EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, our office will be closed to the public until further notice.
Please read below for additional information if you are a tax payer or a bidder.
If you are a tax payer wanting to pay on your account, payments will need to be MAILED into our office in form of certified funds (money order or official check). Should you need to request an updated payoff amount, please email our office at email@example.com for the current payoff. We will continue to check the mail and process mailed in payments.
If you are an upset bidder, you can continue to place upset bids with the Clerk's office. Should the Clerk's office close to the public, the upset bid period will be "paused". Example, if there are two days left to bid before it confirms and the Clerk's office closes, the two days will resume when the Clerk's office opens back up to the public. We will do our best to continue to update our website on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please make sure to check on upset bids with the Clerk's office and be aware of the confirmation timeframe so you don't miss the deadline to bid.
Should your bid confirm, you will receive a letter from our office will instructions on how to proceed.
