If you are a tax payer wanting to pay on your account, please call our office or email us at davidbcraigattorneyatlaw@outlook.com for a current payoff. Please allow 24-48 business hours after your request for us to contact you with a payoff amount. When you contact us, please have ready and provide the following information for quicker service: First and last name of the Owner of the property, DBC file number (usually located at the bottom left of documents), the bill number, or the CVD number (usually located at the top right of the documents). If we are unavailable to answer your call, please either email us or leave a detailed message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Please do not leave or send multiple emails as this can delay the response time.
If you already have a current payoff amount, our office is open for payment drop offs on Tuesdays and Thursdays only from 10:00am - 2:00pm. No appointment is needed during those times. Should you need to drop off a payment outside of that timeframe, please call us at 910-223-3768 or email us at davidbcraigattorneyatlaw@outlook.com to schedule an appointment. Payments must be sent directly to our office by certified check or money order made payable to David B. Craig, Attorney at Law, 1903 Bragg Blvd., Suite 4, Fayetteville, NC 28303, or you may also wire the balance to our Trust Account. Wiring instructions can be provided when requested. We will not accept any personal or business checks or cash.
